UK Next Day Delivery:

Our carrier is DPD and they provide a Next Day delivery service throughout most of the UK.

Order Tracking:

On the day your order is despatched, an email and/or text can be sent allowing you to track it's delivery progress.

For most UK destinations, they will also tell you their 1 Hour Delivery Window. DPD will email and/or text to let you know this once we have set this facility up for you.

If done soon enough, you can also alter the day the delivery is made. This service is provided by DPD and requires your email address and/or mobile phone number.

Same Day Despatch:

For an order to be despatched the same day, please ensure we receive it by 2pm please.

Small Minimum Orders:

Most UK orders over £150 (excl. VAT; items not in stock or not due in yet) are shipped free of charge (terms & conditions apply), there is a £9.00 carriage charge for orders less than this. ("FREE Delivery" excludes some areas of Cornwall, Scotland, Northern Ireland and other off-shore UK islands.Please see delivery section for more information.)

Scottish Highlands & Islands: For deliveries to the following postcodes: AB 30-35, AB 41-54, AB 36-38, AB 55-56, EI (all), FK 17-21, G83, GY9, HS 1-8, HS 9, IM (all), IV (all), KA 27, KA 28, KW 0-14, KW 15-99, PA 20-99, PH 15-32, PH 34-48, PH 33, PH 49-99, TR 21-35, ZE (all), a delivery surcharge will be added of £7.50 per box,(up to 30 KG Volumetric Weight) subject to a minimum order value of £150 (excluding out of stock or new items not yet due in). For orders under £150 an additional Small Order Carriage Charge of £9.00 will be applied. The same delivery surcharge and Small Order Carriage Charge will apply to deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Larger orders may qualify for a delivery discount. Next Day delivery is not available in these areas.

EU minimum order value is £250, excluding VAT; items not in stock or not due in yet.

The majority of our product range may be ordered in just ones or twos, so you can sell a large selection of items without having to hold a large amount of stock.

Delivery charges apply to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and some parts of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

Also for Eire and other EU countries.

Delivery For The UK

UK minimum order value for FREE Next Day Delivery (applicable to most UK addresses) is £150, excluding: VAT; items not in stock, or products not due in yet. Orders under this value will be charged an additional £9.00 for handling/carriage.

The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and parts of the Scottish Highlands and Island have a 2-day delivery service.

Delivery has a subsidised charge of £7.50 per box (maximum weight 30Kg Volumetric).

This applies to the following Scottish postcodes: FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

The following Cornish postcodes have a two-day delivery service: TR21-25 but no additional carriage charges.
In all other parts of the UK we can offer Free Next Day delivery (excludes Saturday) for orders over £150, excluding VAT and lines not due in yet.

UK Islands

The Isle of Wight attracts no additional delivery charge and next-day delivery is available.

The Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands both have a two-day delivery service and attract the following charges:

Scilly Isles & Isle of Man £7.50 per box (up to 30 KG Volumetric Weight). (subject to a minimum order value of £150, excluding out-of-stock or new items not yet due in).

Channel Islands £9.00 per box (up to 30 KG Volumetric Weight). (subject to a minimum order value of £150, excluding out-of-stock or new items not yet due in).

For orders under £150, an additional Small Order Carriage Charge of £9.00 will be applied.

Carriage costs can only be calculated once your order has been packed and weighed, so we are unable to give an accurate prediction in advance of or at the time of placing your order.

A discount for carriage may be available for larger orders.

Scotland

Certain areas within the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (see here for the postcode areas that these apply to), have a two-day delivery service and attract the following charges:

£7.50 per box (up to 30 KG Volumetric Weight) (subject to a minimum order value of £150, excluding out-of-stock or new items not yet due in).

For orders under £150, an additional Small Order Carriage Charge of £9.00 will be applied.

Delivery For EU

Non UK customers please note that carriage will be charged as shown in our web-site.

The minimum order is £250, excluding: VAT; items not in stock or products not due in yet.

European deliveries are split into several zones. Each zone has it's own delivery cost and time scale.

EXPORT ORDERS TO THE EU:- Following the UK's departure from the EU we now have to complete additional paperwork for export orders, so please bear with us as it may take a little longer to process your order. There is also the possibility that customers will need to pay import duty for goods purchased from us so please be aware of any additional costs before placing your order. We are unable to ship outside the EU unless you have your own pre-arranged shipping agent.

We will always try to pack boxes as efficiently as possible, but we do have to work within the limits given to us by the carrier for size, shape and weight. How many boxes we use for your order will depend upon the size, shape and weight of the products ordered.
