UK Next Day Delivery:
Our carrier is DPD and they provide a Next Day delivery service throughout most of the UK.

Order Tracking:
On the day your order is despatched, an email and/or text can be sent allowing you to track it's delivery progress.
For most UK destinations, they will also tell you their 1 Hour Delivery Window. DPD will email and/or text to let you know this once we have set this facility up for you.
If done soon enough, you can also alter the day the delivery is made. This service is provided by DPD and requires your email address and/or mobile phone number.
Same Day Despatch:
For an order to be despatched the same day, please ensure we receive it as early as possible.
Small Minimum Orders:
Most UK orders over £150 (excluding VAT, items not in stock or not yet due in) are shipped free of charge (terms & conditions apply).
For orders under this amount a Small Order Carriage Charge of £9.00 + VAT will be applied.
"FREE Delivery" excludes some areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and other off-shore UK islands.

The majority of our product range may be ordered in just ones or twos, so you can sell a large selection of items without having to hold a large amount of stock.
Delivery to Mainland UK:
UK minimum order value for FREE Next Day Delivery (applicable to most UK addresses) is £150 (excluding VAT, items not in stock or not yet due in).
Orders under this value will be charged an additional £9.00 + VAT for handling/carriage.
The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands have a 2-day delivery service.
These areas attract an additional subsidised delivery charge (see below).
In all other parts of the UK we can offer Free Next Day delivery (excludes Saturday) for orders over £150 (excluding VAT, items not in stock or not yet due in).
Delivery to UK Islands:
The Isle of Wight attracts no additional delivery charge and next-day delivery is available.
The Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands all have a two-day delivery service and attract the following charges:
Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly £7.50 + VAT per box (up to 30 KG Volumetric Weight) subject to a minimum order value of £150 (excluding VAT, items not in stock or not yet due in).
Channel Islands £7.50 + VAT per box (up to 30 KG Volumetric Weight) subject to a minimum order value of £150 (excluding VAT, items not in stock or not yet due in).
For orders under £150 (as defined above), an additional Small Order Carriage Charge of £9.00 + VAT will be applied.
Carriage costs can only be calculated once your order has been packed and weighed, so we are unable to give an accurate prediction in advance of or at the time of placing your order.
A discount for carriage may be available for larger orders.
Delivery to Scotland:
Certain areas within the Highlands and Islands of Scotland have a two-day delivery service and attract the following charges:
£7.50 + VAT per box (up to 30 KG Volumetric Weight) subject to a minimum order value of £150 (excluding VAT, items not in stock or not yet due in).
For orders under £150 (as defined above), an additional Small Order Carriage Charge of £9.00 + VAT will be applied.
This applies to the following Scottish postcodes:
Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PA80, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Republic of Ireland is classed as EU Zone 1 (see European delivery chart below)
Delivery to EU Countries:
Non UK customers please note that carriage will be charged as shown in our web-site.
The minimum order is £250 (excluding VAT, items not in stock or not yet due in).
European deliveries are split into several zones. Each zone has it's own delivery cost and time scale.
EXPORT ORDERS TO THE EU:- As the UK is not within the EU we have to complete additional paperwork for export orders, so please bear with us as it may take a little longer to process your order. There is also the possibility that customers will need to pay import duty for goods purchased from us so please be aware of any additional costs before placing your order. We will always try to pack boxes as efficiently as possible, but we do have to work within the limits given to us by the carrier for size, shape and weight. How many boxes we use for your order will depend upon the size, shape and weight of the products ordered.
