Q. How can I Search for a product I need?
A: At the top of the home page is a search bar, using this you can search by name or Product code (SKU). You can also hover over CATEGORIES on the home page, and a drop down scrollable menu will appear, which will expand further as you hover over each category. Alternatively, if you click on CATEGORIES the screen will load all products with a "Filter by Category" list to click at the left-hand side. Once you have clicked into a Category, you will get a list of Sub-Categories to filter the list of result further by product type.
A: Underneath each product in the listing you will see an "Availability" indicator showing the stock status and the available quantity. You can still order 'Out of Stock' items, and these will be added to future orders, or, at our discretion, may be sent out sooner. Please remember, if ordering items that are not in stock, they will not count towards the minimum £150 net order for free carriage in mainland UK.
Q: What does (RESTED) and (E.O.L.)mean?
A: This is used to identify products that are finishing, and are no longer available from our suppliers, so once they are gone, they are gone! The stock

Q. How soon after I place an order will it take to receive the goods?
A: This link will take you to the Delivery Details page. Depending on where you are in the U.K., Europe, or other countries, delivery times will vary.
Q. How can I Return damaged or faulty goods?
A: The Returns Information section found at the bottom of the home page, will advise you of the correct procedures to follow. In the first instance, a picture of the damaged item is preferred.

Q. How can I apply for an initial account with Severnside Wholesalers?
A: First contact with Severnside Wholesalers should be via the Register form, found via the "Sign In" icon at the top of the home page.
Q. How can I make changes to an existing account?
A: Some changes such as editing or adding new delivery addresses can be made using the "My Account" section when you are already logged in to the website. If you need to make changes to invoice addresses and emails, or contacts for ordering, please email us at accounts@severnside.co
